- 🔌 Use a USB cable that carries data (some cables only charge).
- 🖥️ Choose the port named “USB Serial”, “CP210x” or “CH340”.
- 🔘 If it fails: hold BOOT, tap EN/RESET, release BOOT, then try again.

Not sure? A single “merged” or “factory” file goes at 0x0. Separate files usually need a bootloader, partition table and app, each at its own address. A wrong address can stop the board from booting, though you can usually fix it by flashing again.
